1 Package Sage & Onion Bread Crumbs
1 Tube of Pork Sausage
1lb of ground chicken or turkey
1 large apple – finely diced
1 onion – diced
3-4 stalks of celery – finely diced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 egg
Season with garlic and herbs, salt & black pepper
Mix stuff together with hands in a large bowl. Patt into oven safe dish. Bake 1 – 1½ hours at 350F. Internal temp for stuffing should be about 165 degrees when fully cooked.
